First of all, the original entrance passage is relatively narrow, so all the walls on the right side of the entrance area are demolished to free up space; the left side is a load-bearing wall, and the public health entrance is here, so the stacked protective walls are The board is the key point at the entrance, and the public guard is hidden in it, elegant and elegant, which perfectly resolves the embarrassment.
The original staircase was restricted by the developer's rules for the renovation of finely decorated rooms and could not be demolished. Therefore, while retaining the main structure of the original staircase, the first staircase was made to float outward to reduce the heaviness of the staircase.
Considering that the owner has fitness habits and a hobby of collecting trendy toys, the designer designed the original entry-levelThe right side area was demolished and converted into an open multi-functional hall. In home design, the living room and dining room play an important role. The "Fiji" series is applied to part of the floor in the kitchen, adding unmodified beauty to the space, with natural and comfortable gentleness, connected with the large area of wood grain, and the temperament is equally appropriate.

The walls on the first floor were knocked out to free up all the space. All the functional requirements required by the owner are scattered in this open space, and then the commonality of space requirements and circulation lines are arranged according to each requirement.
After the renovation, the living room, dining room and sun room are all within the same field of view. Combined with the 180° river view outside the window, the sense of space is unmistakable and the scenery is picturesque; at the same time, the transparency and brightness of the space are ensured to the greatest extent. The oil painting "Oranges Fallen" in the living room echoes the caramel color of the sofa, injecting warmth into the calm and cold space, creating a calm but warm space.
The decorative paintings in the multi-function hall on the first floor and the three-dimensional entrance hall at the end of the corridor on the second floor are made of DEA137 deep sapphire, which is combined with the owner’s preference for collecting trendy toys and is supplemented by a mirror base as a display and landscaping, which is full of imagination. It also becomes the finishing touch in the space.
The addition of these two colors makes the color levels of the space richer and more eye-catching.
